  • Custom Software requirements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to:

  • Use the services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
  • Use the services to infringe upon intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MYROTech Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom software and solutions developed by MYROTech Solutions remain the property of MYROTech Solutions until full payment is received, at which point ownership may transfer as specified in the project agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
  • Respond promptly to requests for information or feedback
  • Make timely payments as agreed in project contracts
  • Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements
  • Use delivered solutions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual project agreements or contracts. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in the project agreement
  • Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we make no warranties regarding:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of services
  • Results or outcomes from using our services
  • Compatibility with all systems or third-party software

7.2 Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYROTech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to business plans, technical specifications, source code, and client data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MYROTech Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
